I can't believe I'm first today. I did the FIRM cardio sculpt video. I got a late start and could only do 25 minutes but that's better than nothing. I might squeeze in the ab sculpt before bed but that's a bit ambitious. We'll see. On Monday, I get to change my 2 month work out clippie to the 3 month clippie. Yea me!

Okay, who's next?

I went to the gym for combo of cardio and lower body work.....now I have *rubber-band legs*:p

Morning at Curves. Good way to start the day!

Hi everybody! Firm's Maximum Cardio Burn and Calorie Killer for me this morning! Way to get moving WISHers!:sunny:

I did the ab sculpt and the first half (lower body) of the body sculpt. I'm sore! But that's ok b/c I know it worked. :D

Have a great weekend everyone!

Today had a wonderful start.
My friend has Fridays off. She often meets me at the bus stop w/a Dunkin Donuts coffee - thanks Tammie. We sit in her van and chat often long after the school bus has come and gone.
After I returned home I took a 1/2hr walk outside. It was still chilly but felt oh so good.
This wknd is suppose to be in the high 40s too. Hoping to get out and walk lots.

Curves for me too! :)

I DID! Went right to the gym after dropping off DD and worked hard for 30 mins on the elliptical. This machine is the hardest I've ever used! Could really use a lube job, but it was a great 30 min workout. I really should do more, but things are quite busy today. Taht is why I only got 30 mins in this am. We'll see. Great work everyone. Let's keep it going over the weekend!::yes::

Keep the Faith!

35 minutes of jogging (2.8 miles) for me. 4.8 miles per hour - woohoo! :hyper: Time to add another 5 minutes to my run - taking me up to 3.2 miles. We'll see how that goes next week.

Boy....did I ever. I did 4.15 miles on the treadmill (since I've learned how to program the darn thing with my weight, I'm burning less calories so I have to work harder) and I did the weight circuit.

and heading out now for a 45 mins walk with the dog! just couldn't get moving this morning :) fridays are like that for me, but I need the APs for the day :)

edited ** mom guilt alert!! -- took that walk and ended up being almost an hour, walked with a neighbor. youngest DD came home from school (carpool) and said "mommmmm -- i had to go to the nurses office and tried to call you........" uughh!! guilt! guilt! guilt! moral of story -- must walk with cell phone

Did a quick mile and a half this morning when I got to my workshop early. . . thanks to having to drop off the boy at college. He thinks he hates these 8:00 classes! I also did a few minutes on the elliptical, and am now off to hear my three girls in their spring vocal recital.

walked briskly for 45 minutes

First I did 30 minutes at the circuit gym...Then I went to the Mall! I was there for 2 hours and walked FAST between stores...Probably looked like a shoplifter!!! I am feeling so much better since I've started exercising!!

Made it onto the treadmill again, and this time actually managed to jog 2 miles straight after a warmup. My legs are getting stronger I think. Thanks so much for all the support here-I haven't missed some type of exercise every day since Feb. 9th, and I couldn't do it without this wonderful group. THANK YOU!
:wave2:

I did the 2 mile WATP video while I waited in the "virtual waiting room" for Cubs tickets! :Pinkbounc

I walked twice yesterday, 20 minutes outside in the afternoon and a half of an hour on the threadmill in the evening.
We are having beautiful weather today (Saturday) I am going to make it a point to get out and walk later today.

Ok, today was supposed to be my rest day.......but I just couldn't do it...(am I crazy)?? I did the FIRM Super Cardio Sculpt and it was my 2nd time doing it. Better than the first, but I still didn't work up a sweat or even felt like I exercised. I also did the FIRM Ab sculpt.
