Did you receive package in mail?

I'm less than a week away and have still not received any package in the mail. I thought I'd at least get some sort of itinerary which explains exactly what's all included and a detailed cost breakdown. I'm not worried about my reservation I just can't remember what's all included in my dream maker package @ par. I'm also travelling with another family so they are wondering exactly what their cost is. Should I be expecting something or am I waiting for nothing.
