did you put bus pickup info/time in your wedding invitation?

also, if you're having a 9am wedding at epcot, do you know what time the busses start picking people up at the hotels? i'm guessing 8:30

i just don't know if this is information i should put in the wedding invitation -- or does disney tell guests when they arrive and check in?

The Disney Wedding I attended had all the extra information that you are talking about printed on an insert inside the invitation. There was also a letter explaining all the options for resorts (certain rooms had been blocked for guests use) and a full explanation of the day's schedule from busses at the resorts to the charter bus picking guests up at certain resorts and to the charter bus from the GF to EPCOT.

Our bus schedule wasn't finalized until a week or two before the wedding. We sent out a newsletter via email to our guests with the schedule before they left for WDW.

I would check with your wedding planner, but I would guess that your guests would start being picked up before 8:30. For our 2:30 PM wedding, the buses started p/u's at 1:30.

For our SBP wedding at 9:00 am the buses started at All Star movies at 8:00 then to my 2 other hotels 15 min & 30 min later. Everybody arrived by 8:45.

I put the info on the newsletter included in their welcome bag that I gave out at the welcome party.
