I won a digital frame today! It was kind of anti-climatic because my work computer froze at the mickey hat page and then went straight to the page that usually says something about like "you are a loser" only it showed prizes? So I checked my email and it said I had won!

That is exactly what happened to DH. We thought something strange had happened since the balloons did not come up.

The problem is, this was several weeks ago and we have still not recieved the picture frame and DH accidentally deleted the email

Oh my goodness! The great Madame Leota has informed me that Lavenders and Pixies luck will change for the better beginning next month, if not possibly sooner. It all will depend upon how happy the spirits from the great beyond may be at the time. Sometimes, they can become quite grumpy!
