Over the last few days, it's been weird, asking me for all my information again 2 or 3 of the last 4 or 5 times, whereas in the past it was just asking for my email address and letting me pop balloons. Anybody else been getting that?

That happened to me today too. I found it to be rather odd to say the least. For I have been entering this sweepstakes for the past 2- 3 months now. I had always been able to just enter my email address, click submit then a success page shows up with the balloons. So I went ahead and filled the form out, for I could not seem to get around it. Then success! Thank goodness. I wonder if this means I will have another chance to win an instant prize?
