Did you marry your high school sweetheart?

I did!!

We met when I was a freshmen and he was a sophmore and have been together ever since. I just turned 31 this year which means I have spent more than half my life with him. (I had just turned 15 when we started dating.) We've been married 11 years.

His parents also started dating in high school and have been married now for 34 years.

Yup! We've been together 19 years married for 15(in July) We're 36 and still madly in love!He's the best

Yeap we sure did and we've been happily married for 17 years. He's my best friend. Now I think about the boys that dd (15) is dating and thinking if she's going to marry her h/s sweetheart....

No, but I did marry my college sweetheart. We started dating his freshman, my sophomore year and got married 3 months after he graduated (I graduated a year earlier). It will be 13 years this summer.

Met in HS at age 15, and have been married 39 years this August.
Have 3 great kids and 14 wonderful grandkids.

We've been together for eight years but we're still newlyweds - we're celebrating our one year anniversary in July.

When we first started dating (I was 15, he was 16) our "friends" made bets on how long we would last, the longest being two months. We sure showed them!
