Actually, they aren't tunnels. They are the first floor with the park level actually being the second floor....that underneath Walt Disney World there are miles of underground access tunnels so that cast members and staff can move freely without spoiling the magic of the place?
That sounds sweet! How much do you have to spend for that kind of special treatment?
Most people know about the Utilidors which make up the ground floor of MK.
Are you trying to wow us with this knowledge?
Yes, it's new news for me.Old news for me, but new news for others.
As said... $100 (actually $99).That sounds sweet! How much do you have to spend for that kind of special treatment?
I just thought it was an interesting factoid!
I refuse to do the tour though because I worry it will spoil the illusion. As far as I'm concerned it's all magic!
Don't worry about it, Domo. A lot of us here are such super Disney nerds that there's not much information like this that we don't know. A lot of people here wouldn't know this though, and it is interesting. I had known for a long time about the "underground" tunnels, but it wasn't until I was on here regularly that I learned that they weren't actually underground and, as mentioned above, MK is really a huge two-story structure.
