Did you Hear about This???CR observation deck is restricted

From Goofyposter on the Resorts Board;

Effective 10/1/02 the CR observation deck is restricted to people dining at the California Grill only. They have opened an observation platform off the end of the 4th floor for the public/other guests...the music is piped to there as well. the new viewing area is just beyond the spirits shop in the concourse.

Now I have to go revise my list of free stuff to do at WDW. But the music should be an improvement!!

Wow, that's too bad! I can understand why, though, since you couldn't get to the observation deck without going through the restaurant.
