we are leaving for WDW on Oct 4. We just bought our park tickets online and chose to pay $25 to have them sent Int'l Express through the USPS. It says they "should be delivered by Oct. 3". Is this accurate? Is there a chance they will be stuck at the border? Can I have it switched to will call?
