For those of you who've had a code next to your name when you've called Disney reservations, did you have to ask about it or was the information automatically offered?
More often then not CRO "specialists" will not tell you anything unless you specifically ask...though sometimes you get a really helpful CM that will spill the beans before you can ask.
When I called the other day, I asked the CRO and he told me he would have said something in the beginning if I had a code.... he didn't say anything but I still asked, always ask....
