did you get the email?!

I was surprised to see the offering price at $16,640 - I was anticipating it being higher - that could drive down some of the resale prices for the other resorts

Did you happen to see the amount of points that the $16,640 buys?

We got the video too, it was neat! As for adding points there, doubtful for us, we LOVE owning BW and BC and the enviroment those resorts have to offer. Ofcourse if available I would like to stay there once or twice but I imagine the 7 month window will be busy, busy. Almost as busy as getting reservations at CRT for breakfast!

When my husband and I were in WDW in August a cast member noticed on our AP's that we are DVC members, he told us they are having a cast viewing of the resort in February with member bookings starting in summer 2009 ... ofcourse all of that is subject to change for whatever reason!

Got it, very cute. Was never that crazy about them building at CR, but mmm rooftop lounge, watching fireworks from the balcony. Here we go again, maybe another add on, is worth considering.:confused3

Nice white linens on the bed - looks like what some have been wishing for :)

Not really tempted myself, but enjoyed the video.

Price is $112 per point with a $5 discount... not sure where they got the $16640... The 112 is what my guide told me about 30 minutes ago.

Yep, it's on DVC site. Your guide's correct :)

So, are they going to let current DVC members buy fewer points than the 160? I always assumed, perhaps incorrectly, that only new DVC ownbers needed to buy at the 160 pt. minimum. I might consider buying enough points to stay a Sunday through Thursday during value season if I could see the points charts and if they would let me purchase just enough points for that time frame. :cool2:
