C'mon own up!!! :p

I bought...

2 The Osmonds LP's - Crazy Horses & can't remember the other.
1 Donny Osmond LP - A Time For Us

I must say I think Donny has grown up to be a fine young man! ;)

No!

The only things I know about them are:
Donny called Rosie O'Donnell fat. Then dressed up in a puppy suit to aplogize.
Donny hosts Pyramid.
Marie sells Dolls.
Marie had plastic sugery and looks really scary.
They are Mormons.
They tried to host a talk show and it got canceled.

That's it. LOL!

I'm not sure I would have been a real teeny bopper in the 70's if I didn't. So yeah - I owned a whole bunch of Donny and Osmonds records.:o ;)

I've got a number of Osmonds & Donny's albums.

Saw them first on the Andy Williams show when I was very little (I'm the same age as Donny).

Then as a pop group.

Then Donny as a teen idol.

Then the Donny & Marie show.

Then Donny when Soldier of Love came out and they had to play it without telling who it was. People wouldn't have listened if they had known it was him.

Then Donny starring in Joseph.

I finally went to my first Donny concert last year and it was wonderful.

So I'm a long time fan and glad to see that the Osmonds have always been wonderful wholesome performers. Quite a change from their friends/rivals of the 70's - the Jacksons!

I am a huge Donny fan and love all the Osmonds too. I just saw Donny in concert again in June! I still have all my Donny albums and am starting to convert those I can to CD. His new CD comes out in November and after hearing the sound bytes and some of the songs live at the concert, I can't wait to get it!

I had Donny, Bobby Sherman and The Partridge Family albums. I also had a tambourine and wanted to be the little sister of the Partridge Family.

I no longer have the albums because one day 2 of my brothers decided to play frisbee with them on the driveway. Needless to say they weren't any good and they all broke. In there defense I probably did something to annoy them that only a little sister can do.

I haven't brought any of Donny's recent albums although I did here some of his songs and they're pretty good.

Not only did I have his/their records, I also had purple socks.

He was a cute kid and grew up into quite a handsome man.

I had the biggest crush on Donny when I was little, so yeah. He's not bad to look at now either. ;)

I was always more of a David Cassidy fan until...

We saw Donny in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat twice and he just blew me away. He is an amazing talent. Not only did I buy the soundtrack CD, but my friend and I waited for him to come out of the stage door after the show and we chatted with him and his oldest son (who is gorgeous!). He signed our CD's and talked with us for about 10 minutes. What a nice guy!

I'm not sure about the Osmonds, but I sure did buy Donny Osmond records. Why wouldn't I, I was going to marry him, afterall.

Funny to think about now...

T&B

I have every record they made. I loved all of them but especially Donny. I am sure not ashamed of enjoying such a terriffic group. They were talented and very nice with great morals. I have seen too many concerts to count including Donny and Marie together, The Osmonds in Branson MO. And a couple of years ago I had 2nd row seats at Donny's concert and he actually kissed me! I was beyond excited. Now don't get me wrong, I love my dh of 25 years dearly. But like I told my son, I have loved Donny longer than I have even known my husband. :teeth: Wouldn't you rather your kids listen to nice good groups like the Osmonds than lousy bad mouthed trashy groups and singers???

I had Osmond records and Donny Osmond records and Marie Osmond records and Donny and Marie records. I think that my mother still has them. Some may have been on 8 track and she probably has those still as well. The only Osmond I didn't like was the little brother I think he was Andy. Donny turned out pretty good. But you couldn't grow up in the 70's without liking him and his purple socks. Go Away Little Girl

The little brother was Jimmy and he was obnoxious. Then again, I think all kids are obnoxious at that age!

When I was about twelve, Donny recorded an album with the song "Oh, Donna" on it. I had no idea that it was a cover from several years earlier - I knew that he had written that song especially for me! It was the only Donny album I bought.

I had them all. I even saw the family concert when I was a kid. And who could forget their variety show on Friday nights and the Christmas special every year. :jester:

I can't believe I'm going to admit to this-

I don't remember having the records but I did have the Donny Osmond doll with the purple satin suit.:guilty:
