It was 1983 when I went with my friends my senior year of highschool. We all dressed up freaky and brought bags of rice to throw during the show.

No, and I always wanted to.

Just once in 1980. We took toast, newpapers and spray bottles, but we didn't dress up. I wanted to see it once, have never had the desire to see it again.

Where is Cindy B!!!! :D :D

Sorta.. they had an 11:30 one at orientation.. it was a surprise so I had no idea what it was and I'd never seen it before. I didn't particularly care for it but I can see how people would. The other night we were trying to find the bathroom in the middle of the 10:00 showing of My Big Fat Greek Wedding and accidentally ended up in the place where people were getting into costume for the midnight showing of Rocky Horror. :p

Never dressed up, but must have seen the midnight showing 3 or 4 times. Loved it every time.

Yes, don't know how many times. Dressed up but not as a character. Not a good idea to bring unsuspecting dates.

Cindy is the resident expert.

Yes, in 1980 with my X-Husband to be. We did the lighter scene, I had NO idea what I was doing, but, it was a LOT of fun.;)

I went about a dozen time BEFORE the craziness started. I just liked (and still like) the film. I think that all the theatrics that came after I stopped going to see RHPS would have detracted from my enjoyment of the film. Wow. I really am an old fuddie duddie. :)

About 20 times,,,Only dressed once. And, sonehow, that night, we ended up on the front of the theatre (there were 6 or 7 of us), with spotlights on us, doing the Timewarp.

We always took rice, toast, water guns, lighters, toilet paper, newspaper...and once, after a wedding reception at my house, flowers, so that we could "Throw the bouquet" with the bride at the beginning of the movie.

Oh, to be young again...

In the early 1980's....with my church choir if you can believe it!

I went in '91 with some band friends. It was great! We didnt' dress up though. After the show, we hung out with the 'regulars'....:D

My brother and sister-in-law were heavily into RHPC back in the early 1980's--they'd get all dressed up and see it over and over and over and over and over again!

Been a couple of times though I never dressed up. Brought some props a couple times.

Brought DW to see it once when we were dating. Let's just say we were imbibing a lot that night. Those of you who know DW should ask her about the Lions on the ceiling....

:D:D:D:D

We're going to have to do a dis meet at one of those shows. I want to see it, at least once.

My virgin (can I say that here?) experience was during the summer of my sixth grade year (1977).

Seen it numerous times after that. Basically just dressed up as a freak, went up front, did the time warp. At the time I was heavily into this movie, one side of my head was shaved, the other side was spiked, and I had a long rat tail braided down my back.

I took my mother before she died in 1986 to the midnight version in San Antonio, TX. She had always wanted to know where I was going and what I was doing. She loved it.

My husband and I went after we were married. He is from the hills of KY and never had been anywhere, seen anything in his life. He totally freaked out on me.

Have to say Tim Curry has come a long way but he's still my favorite in fishnet stockings.

Hey poohlovr---I'm in the eastern half of your state. Hi!!
