Did they redo HM with Nightmare Before Christmas characters?

In the 2005 Unofficial Guide, "Peek" listed a rumor that Jack Skellington and his friends from "The Nightmare Before Christmas" might appear in The Haunted Mansion for the 2005 holiday season. I haven't read anything about it anywhere else, so I wondered if it's still just a rumor.

BTW, we're comfortably settled in our rental villa. We originally intended to go to MGM today, but the long trip here wore us out so much, we decided we needed a rest day before Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party tomorrow.

No that did not happen this year at WDW - it is however that way in DL this year as in the past. There is some chance that the makeover will be installed at WDW in '06, but from a public perspective-that is just rumor.

No they didn't do that at WDW. When HM closed it was to fix some items.
