Did the Osborne lights move to Oklahoma?

This was posted by one of our local news stations yesterday. Correct me if I'm wrong-- but isn't the photo that goes along with this "10 things to do in Oklahoma this weekend" article, a photo of the Osborne lights at DHS? It sure looks like the soldier that is typically standing next to a grill, apron and all!!!

I wish I could go see him in Oklahoma, but I'm pretty sure he is still in Florida! At least this year. Guess the author could not be bothered to actually get a photograph of an Oklahoma display!
