Did the Maleficent's Wall Lamp ever have a flame that moved?

It has caught my eye lately as being different. Is my mind playing tricks or did the flame once move?
I could be losing it !

I don't think they ever did move. They where one of the first items made for rooms. Back then, they couldn't make very good moving stuff.
