Did the AP dining and merchandise discounts expire?

Apologies if this came up already - I tried a search but could not find any recent posts.

The AP discounts were set to expire 12/31/14. Can any AP holder who's been at the park since Jan 1 comment? The disneyland web site still says they expire 12/31/14. We spent a ton on dining and merchandise during our Xmas trip - we will likely be back to eating off site and not buying much on site w/o the discounts so I'm really hoping they're still in tact.

I called about AP hotel discounts and was told they no longer have the standard 10% off rates. Just any promos (if any) otherwise it's regular rates.
