Did Splash ever come back up today?

BTMRR and Splash were down at the same time today. Did Splash ever come back up? It is my kids' favorite ride and we're hoping to get to ride it tomorrow during the party.

Wow, it was down the entire day 10/19 when we were there. What's going on??? Although, we did ride it earlier that week (10/14) and noted that A LOT of the inside animatronics were not working.
