About 2 weeks ago, realized I didnt get EBCI for my trip starting tomorrow.. At that point didnt even get it, just figured I'd stalk the SW page at t-24.. Ahh the good ole times lol..

Still love SW though.. no EBCI, just normal checkin.. Both of us on the same reservation... A38 and a40... Really? How did someone get shoehorned in between us.. Just find that very humorous this AM...

My trip is now ruined!! Will we still be able to sit together? How dare SW split us up like that!!! I want a refund!

Demand that upgrade!!! As well as a huge credit to your account. Oh, and SW? Shame on them for splitting up such a nice couple! How are you supposed to start your trip out in a fun way if you can't sit next to each other...in the front row??! Seriously SW...get it together!!! I hope you both got free drinks on board! You should have told the gate agent that you both have MBs...as well as FP+, so can, obviously, move to the front of the line....to A16 and 17, at the very least!! Did you not show them your special MBs???
