If you got to the DVC resorts forum, there is a thread there. I believe buildings 30-33 are done now.

I haven't seen a detailed list. Keep an eye on the DVC boards and maybe this thread in particular:

(I also have yet to get what I requested for my OKW stays and have never been disappointed, so I wouldn't worry too much about it...but you can always ask and see how it goes...)
