Did not receive cancellation email after cancelling ADR

I just cancelled a ADR for Raglan on 28 Dec. I did not receive a cancellation email. Is it ok? Don't wish to be charged with the $10 no-show fee per pax.

I called disney and was reassured that the ADR has been cancelled in the system. The CM said that we may not receive the cancellation email all the time. So far, I have no problems receiving these emails in the main inbox folder.

I never seem to receive email cancellation confirmations - was told my ADR # was also my cancellation # - say what?? Doesn't make sense, but so far have not been charged on any!

I haven't been receiving cancellation or confirmation emails this morning. I only got 1 email confirmations out of all the cancellations and confirmations I had. I've never had a problem receiving them either. It's happened to me once before with a Raglan Road cancellation too.

But if you do end up making another Raglan Road ADR, I recommend going through opentable. I showed up for my ADR made through the Disney site and they couldn't find my reservation. Thankfully they believed that I had a reservation (I offered to show them my ADR confirmation number but they didn't want to see it.) but I did have to wait a while. I've heard of the same thing happening with other people before who made Raglan Road ADRs through Disney's site. I have no idea why that happens?

Thanks for the suggestion on using opentables. There are many more available timings in opentables compared to disney website.
