Did make an autograph book w/ chipboard? Where did you get it bound?

I have seen many people say that they made autograph book and got them bound. If you had a chipboard covers, where did you go to get the binding done? I went to my local Staples with chipboard samples in hand, and the clerk told me that they couldn't bind the chipboard it was too thick. I had many different samples, from very flimsy to super super stiff. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

I got ours bound at the local office depot but I'm not sure what chipboard is so I couldn't say if they bind that.

I am having the same issue in trying to make what i want for an autograph book for my daughter, but getting it bound, - one of the local scrapbook stores does it - I'd open the yellow pages and call them and see if one of them does it.
