Did I make a good change?

We will be at the Poly from 9/19-9/29. My DH wanted to try Flying Fish this trip, but after thinking about travel time w/ 3 small kids - we switched our reservation over to California Grill instead. I've never been to this restaurant either, but I do hear a lot of praise on the boards about it. Did I make a good change?

I'm about to make a change to California Grill as well... after hearing Tony's Town Square and Hollywood and Vine wern't all that great, I think I'm gonna use those 2 to cash in on California Grill (I'm on the DDP).

With the CA Grill... I read something about seeing fireworks from there?? What show is this? and what time should I request my ADR too see them?

I'm also going to Coral Reef and the Breakfastosaurus
