Did I loose my room cat?

I had a "dedicated" value studio booked at AK Jambo. Of course I was happy that this meant most likely no parking lot view. It's on my paper reservation we recieved in the mail as dedicated.

Now I look on the website and it doesn't say dedicated or lockoff or anything just value studio Jambo.

I arrive next Tues. so I'm thinking no dedicated

Dedicated is no longer a booking category. All value studios are under one booking category.

I suggest request what you would like, knowing it is just a request.

I have the same situation, my confirmation reads dedicated, but the booking category changed about 3 weeks ago. You can verify with MS, but I confirmed it myself.

ohh ThankYou! I didn't specifically book it just took what was left, then found out about the views....and now that it isn't any longer a cat.

I just can't keep up. We just requested to be by an elevator originally for my DS and that's what is most important.

Since when is dedicated no longer a booking category for value studios? We booked a dedicated value studio at Jambo for this June at the 11 month mark last year. It shows up on my confirmation letter as dedicated, but I haven't looked on the website yet. I'm going to be pissed if we get there and they give us a lock-off.

I get back next Sat. (short trip), so I will post what I actually did get. Although I am trying to upgrade, even at check-in.
