Did I get bad AP info?

When you exchange the plastic voucher for the actual AP, that's considered activating it. The year begins when a CM issues the actual AP.

Actually, if you buy it online, it is activated when you PRINT the vouchers on your computer. I printed on 10/19, entered the park on 10/31, and our expiration dates are 10/19/11. Kind of a bummer, but oh well.

Edit: I somehow missed your post saying the CM made a mistake. Ugh! Thanks for setting it straight for me!

You can't print an AP from your computer. Are you sure we're all talking about the same thing?

Definitely sounds like a CM mistake to me - I think that happens quite often. They have to enter in the dates by hand, from what I understand. I walked away from the window with an AP that was expiring in 2 days. I quickly returned and had it fixed.
