In my opinion, you traded too much. The hat is definitely the most valued part of the Sparrow Suit (though I refuse to trade for the suit in parts). The value of the Sparrow is coming down because the POTC game is giving codes again. A lot of what you traded can be obtained again relatively easiy, so at least that's an option.
