My family is planning a vacation to POR in March. 2 rooms, 1 being a king the other standard size. The king is for 2 adults, the standard for 2 adults, 1 3yr and 1 1yr old. With AAA discount room in March is $2551. Later went online and purchase MYW tickets (7day no exp, park hopper) for 6 adults (son&girlfriend will join us later) and 1 child under 3 $2033.09 Did I do well or should I change something? Thanks for all of your help!! :flower:

Not bad but this is how I would have done it:
5 adult 7-day MYW with hoppers and no expiration + 1 child (same) at Ticketmania for $1680.
1 adult AP from Disney for $421.
2 rooms @POR with AP discount for March (code is available), for 8 nights ($104 per night per room plus tax)for $1856.

Your total = $4584
My total = $3957

ps- I'm not sure that you can do anything about it now but you might be able to upgrade one unused adult ticket to an AP when you get to Disney. That way you could still get the AP discount on the rooms. That's where the big savings will be. The AP code is BEX. You would need it when you call to change your reservation. You will not need to have the AP in order to make the reservation but you may need to show it when you check in.

:worship: Thank you so much for your help. Exactly where do I find these codes that everyone chats about? I don't remember seeing anything on the WDW website. Thanks again..

If you are already doing the non-expire option I would suggest to you (and anyone else) adding the extra 3 days to the MYW tickets!

It would cost about $10 per adult and $7 per child for all 3 days. That's $3 per day!!! It could save you a lot of money if you ever go again.

But the non expire would cost more too on the 10 day ticket. It may still be worth it, but dont forget to add in the extra $45 ($100) for a 10 day NEXP.
