ok i was in a trade for inferno. this was our chat:

me: i want inferno to in with the first trade ok?
person: no. what is you run
me: i will not. my friend is watching
person: well i don't know him
me: what if you run?
person: i will not and if you talk that way,i won't trade you inferno!
me: well then i will get some one from the fan site
person: no if you don't trust me then we will not trade!
person: bye!!

did i do the right thing? by leaving and not doing the trade his way?
tell me your opinion

You did exactly the right thing. If you are ever in a trade and are uncomfortable with the way the other person is conducting the trade, end it. Do not let yourself become a victim because you are worried about doing the wrong thing. And if you have doubts, you can always ask someone you know to mediate for you.

Better safe than sorry :)

Good advice, and that's how I got mine. I gave about 45 items to a friend and she found the trade, gave the items to a CL to make the trade who then gave my friend the inferno from the successful trade, who then saw that I got it. :)

Unless it was someone that was trusted, you did the right thing. And if you were trading With GuestXXXXXX and said no, You absolutely positively uncertainly for sure did the right thing lol
