Did I do the right thing update

The man my daughter is involved with is 28 yrs old and we had given him a police escort out of our house 2 nights ago. The 2 police that showed up never even asked for an I D from him just took his word of who he said he was and told us that because he had been living with us for about 4 weeks we could not kick him out because this was now his permanent residence, what! He didn't pay rent, had no mail coming to our house and paid no bills.
They did make him leave tho.
My husband goes ice fishing and we had a small box of fish sitting on our front deck all winter, husband just hadn't gotten around to throwing them away yet, well when I went to get into my car the next morning what do I find? I find a dead fish under each of my window wipers, how childish is that Last night I called in sick to work and it was my husbands regular scheduled day off, My husband left to do a couple of errands right in the middle of American Idol and shortly after my daughter shows up to pick up a few things and her boyfriend is in her truck waiting for her, she was in the house about 20 minutes and then left. Shortly after husband returns home takes dogs outside and sees I now have 2 flat tires on my car, tires were fine when he left but suddenly are now flat, boyfriend let the air out of my tires to get back at me for kicking him out. Daughter does not know this yet. Needless to say we called the police filed report and they said they will send someone to his work tomorrow (today) to have a little chat with him, he will of course deny all this so we expect things to get worse bfore it gts beter.

I hope you had a chance to look at the responses to your previous post and are considering some of the advice.

I think given what has been going on and if it were me, I'd pack my daughter's personal possessions and change the locks. If she comes by again, give her the items that belong to her and tell her that as long as she's associated with this person, she is no longer welcome at your home unless she calls first.

This 28 year old person she is with is a ticking time bomb!!!
