Did Housekeeping days change for DVC Resorts?

It has been a couple of years since staying at the resorts. Did the days of Housekeeping change recently at DVC resorts. I know it used to be every 4 days.

Only change is that they now take trash every day (and it counts as their security check of your room.)

The 'Trash/Towel' day is still Day 4--for new towels/soap/etc.; and full cleaning on Day 8.

Not quite. If you are there seven nights or less, you get your trash removed and towels replaced on day four. If you are there eight nights or more, you get a full cleaning on day four and trash and towels on day eight. Then the cycle repeats for longer stays.

Have to wonder. We were there the last 2 weeks in January. They did total change day 4 than wanted to do again Day 12. We were leaving day 13 so said not to bother. Would have preferred they come day 8 in the middle of the visit. Sometimes I have to wonder. They did do daily trash every day.

That's the schedule. For stays longer than seven nights. Day Four - Full Clean. Day Eight - Trash & Towel. Day 12- Full Clean. Day 16 - Trash and towel. Etc.
