Did Fear Factor Just Close - Again

I read Fear Factor opened for a summer run but now the US website lists it as closed? We arrive Thursday 8/12.

(Son & I are both former winners and need more free passes).

As a guidebook writer, I always wonder if I should include it in the next edition of the Universal Orlando guide.

It's one of those attractions that's "seasonal," which is code for "we'll open it when there are enough guests to justify the salaries."

Sounds Dangerous was open in June when we were there but that was the first time in a long time we had seen it operating.

My teenagers do because we often watch Who's Line Is It Anyway when a rerun is on! Those guys are hilarious.

We saw this for the first time yesterday. We tend to avoid the crowded times so it is never open when we are there. I couldn't believe it when I saw it on the park map! (and I was so glad I grabbed a map, total fluke)

This show is GREAT!!

It has to be really expensive to put on, I can understand why it is only seasonal. If it is ever open when you are there don't miss it!!!

I know this is an old reply but Green eggs and Ham was open during the Christmas season.

Fear Factor is seasonal and is open during peak operating time.
