Did CSM give me the correct info ?

We have a room only on April 11 and a resort package starting on April 12 are we able to get access our tickets and drink mugs from the package on the 11th ?I would simply add an extra day ticket on our package for the discounted price . We thought we would just do Disney Springs then catch a show at one of the parks . CSM told us we could access them we originally thought we would be taking the last flight in on the 11th and ended up with the first flight in . We are a family of six so just going to pay for Qs meals that day out of pocket .

Tickets, yes. Mugs, no. You'll have to stop by a Guest Services location to do this. They are located outside every park and also at Disney Springs.
