Did Art retire?

I read on another board a quick mention about Art the doorman at BC retiring.

Can anyone confirm this?

Art is one of our favorite parts of disney ---very sad to hear -- but congrats to him.

Art does stop by to visit. I saw him just last week as well as in January.

I wish him well. What a great guy.
