I didn't tape it, but trust me, you didn't miss much. This years Disney parade on ABC was soooooooooo commercialized it's not even funny. Hopefully alot of comments will be sent to ABC to hopefully prevent this from happening next year.

Comments about the parade being so commerical have been made on the DIS for many years now. And the parade hasn't changed for the better.

I think the first time I noticed it was in the early/mid '90s when Disney was affilliated with "The Big Red Boat" and EVERY commercial had the "Boat" in it. I even think there wasa 10 minute segment about the cruise during the show.

Was there a parade I must have missed it with the singing and star jones running around SSR.
Of course it is 11:50 pm when it started so maybe I was sleepy.

Don't get me wrong I love to watch anything Disney but let the Parade be a parade and a tour be a tour.EE preview was nice and some of the other stuff but they should have also shown some of the MVMCP in as well.

For those of you who taped the parade. look carefuly at the segment they showed about expedition everest. The yeti makes an apperance. but very quickly. you see his silouette and his burning red eyes.

i missed it too, i waited right at 9 (central time) and the tv said it was supposed to be the parade but instead was a church service thing. i was bummed. its a holiday tradition to watch it before we go to grandmas house.
Does anyone have a copy i could get?
