Did anyone see this?

Yeah, I had somewhat of a similar experience as that poster. The TA (different than in the link) made my room ressies and my PS but I always felt that I had to send her e-mail messages to remind her of those things. I also asked her to make note of my birthday on a couple of PS but it turns out she never did. There were also big delays between when I asked her if she could make a specific PS or changes to our reservation and when she would e-mail me back. I was often worried that she wasn't on top of things that I would wake up early on the days when I knew I had to make a reservation/PS and just do it myself. I also requested information on Disney tours and she said that she would get back to me but never did.

On my next trip, I will either stick to booking the trip myself or go with one of the Canadian TAs on the board. I only went with DU because they were a board sponsor but I wasn't very impressed.
 
We booked our last trip with Marla at DU August 2004 and were completely satisfied! Our PS's were taken care of without reminders, discounts were applied to our reservation when they came out, and we were provided with a great itinerary that we followed. We had breakfast in the castle on my daughter's birthday and I didn't stress over getting the reservation. All of my e-mails were answered very promptly. I won't hesitate to book with them again.
I guess it depends on who you get!
