Did anyone see the couple that was arrested yesterday on the Wonder at port.

I just took a quick look on the "Florida Today" website, and couldn't find anything about it. I believe that newspaper covers the "space coast" so I would think that would be the place to check. Maybe someone from the area can help.

We were getting off the Wonder on the 7th and I didn't see or hear anything. We got off around 9:00 am.

Are you sure they weren't talking about me kicking and screaming because I didn't want to leave?

Saw it with my own eyes.
We were waiting for my DM to get the car at the port.
A sheriff/custom officer (?) came up to us and asked us to move aside as they were bring someone out, then a (patty) wagon pulled up and they came out of the DCL terminal with him in shakles and hand cuffs. A woman was already in the sheriffs patty wagon waiting for the man to come out .
It was about 8:15/8:30. We were on the left side of the terminal if looking at the Wonder.

I would say the source is rather accurate - seeing it with his/her own eyes.

Sometimes, things just are not news worthy. There can't be a reporter at every arrest in the Country. Maybe they were found with drugs?

On one of my Disney cruises, my DD's witnessed a group of teens partaking of illegal drugs on board the ship. They immediately left the group and returned to our stateroom soon after to let me know of what they saw. Since we were disembarking the next morning, I just advised that they call it a night at that point, which they did.

So the next morning while eating breakfast in Lumiere's we saw several customs agents rushing through the corridor with apparently a drug sniffing dog. We do not know the outcome, but were told that they had found the individuals that had the drugs on board ship.

Not a good idea to take such items on board, especially when you are leaving and/or entering the country and subject to U.S. Customs laws too.

Gone on 3 DC trips, this time without my DS or DH just the girls(me, DM,DGM,DA). However such a happy/fun cruise it must be hard to explain to children when you see someone taken off in cuffs. I know my DS would have asked many ?'s.

Just being nosey about what happened. Had a great time on the Wonder. Can't wait until the next Wonder/Magic trip.

To me they looked liked passenger.

The woman in jeans, snickers, plain shirt, long hair (hippy look)
(nothing wrong with hippy look, just best descrition of her).

The man- tan shorts/tropical type shirt. Balding, tan.

They did not look like Cast members/workers on the DCL.
Whom may I say are all great and work very hard.

This happens quite a bit. Usually this kind of stuff is taken care of before any guest come off. You have to remember they do background checks and these people could be wanted for a number of things recent or from their past.
