It was on TV. Coleman outfitted her with a popup and all the go withs. She said camping people are the nicest! It was a nice special. Made me want to go camping.

I saw parts of both shows. It really was a hoot. She has all the gadgets and gizmos you could imagine.

I heard she gave all the squirrels in the audience free acorns.

What was the 1st part about? I only saw part two. I loved that part where she hit something with the pop up- I would totally do that!

I recorded it, but haven't had a chance to watch it yet. Looking forward to seeing Oprah "rough it."

Who the heck is Oprah? Did you mean Okra? Why would anyone watch Okra? Okra does grow darn fast so I guess you could watch it grow but why? And why and how would Okra go camping...it's a vegetable with hair. I think it has more brains than an Oprah so I guess it's possible?:confused3

Funny, I hate camping and what I came away with after seeing it was: "Yup, TOO MUCH work....Work, to sleep, work to eat...I still hate camping"....I recently told my hubby "My favorite word is "AMENITIES" hahaaaaa

That is why we love the Fort it has amenities. To us the work is worth it because it is our own bed, my own dishes, food we like to eat and what Ms. O said the nicest people. If you stay in a certain loop they will do all the work for you. They will set you up and help you eat!

Saw it, and really they did NOTHING to help themselves.:sad2: I don't know who told them about camping, but almost everything they did took forever and was too involved. Ever hear of a paper cup or paper plate...or a hamburger or a hot dog. I mean the food they ate was fine, but it certainly wasn't a great choice for somoneone who has never camped before.
Cooking over the campfire..:confused3 really?..Isn't that what they have BBQ's for? Did no one on Oprahs team bring charcoal?...
How about a freakin' toaster?...What the heck was that thing she had over the campfire?...Did Indians used to use that?...WHAT:confused3 I'm just sayin'..:rolleyes1

Okra would be the last person I would watch on what camping is like or is about. The Lady has no clue about normal everyday lives.

Sea bass and scrambled eggs with avacado! She never had a smore?

She is donating her used camping equipment to Pakistan, where they will trade it for Plutonium.

Doesn't Okra get slimy if you don't prepare it right?

I saw some great behind the scenes photos of Oprah coming out of 1 of the 4 million $ Prevost MH’s heading to the camping set.

So let me get this straight - there are photos of Oprah's behind coming out of a Prevost? I'll pass on viewing those, thank you very much.

I heard she gave all the squirrels in the audience free Coleman Pop-ups and the male squirrels got their nuts back

oprah would never give the male squirrels their nuts back.
