i have seen that you can do it before travelling over instead of running around and doing it before you get married..... saves on a day i suppose !

Yes we did, as we arrived on a Saturday night and wouldnt have been able to get to the courthouse before the wedding. We got ours from -

It is a lot more expensive than going to the courthouse to get it. It costs $250 plus you have to pay to fed ex the documentation back to them. You also have to pay a fee for a Notary to sign it in the UK - this cost us another £70. All in all you are looking at atleast £200.

If you have time i personally would go to the courthouse, i know lots of other people that have done it and it only takes about an hour or so depending on how busy they are. It costs about $100 if you get it done there.
