Did anyone get the AK on Free Dining Plan?

I've been checking everyday to see if any rooms open up and nothing has been avaliable. Were there a very small amount of rooms on the plan or did they just fill up quickly?

Did anyone get the Ak?

I just looked for different days and there are plenty of rooms. I guess the rooms just gone for 9-22 to 9-30.

I have a friend who booked AKL Savannah View for September with Free Dining.

We're booked at the AKL savannah view for 9/22-9/29. From what I have heard I think there were lots of rooms available at one time. Most of them were savannah view. Now, WL is another story. They had almost no rooms from the beginning. I'd keep trying. I check online everyday to see if WL has any openings.

When I booked (Visa open day) all that was available for my dates was AKL, POR and POP.

We got AKL savanna view with free dining 9/9-9/15. I booked the first day that the Free Dining was offered to the general public.

WE have AKL from sept.13-23, maybe it's your dates, it could also be just one day in your entire stay that's not available, and then it will be kicked out for the avalibility.

We have a pool view room booked with free dining September 8-September 16. We couldn't get it initially but it opened up.

We changed or minds several times, but our TA found us a standard view room at AKL for 9/7 - 9/15 the second day (late that night actually) that free dining was open to the public. And from what you read from lots of other people rooms are coming available for various resorts at all sorts of times.

So keep trying!!!

AKL standard rooms are available Aug 27 - Sep 2 as of this morning. I just checked - they weren't available when I booked CR this past weekend.

You guys are right. It was the dates. Nothing is available. We are going 9/22-9/30. The dates could be changed but I wanted to make sure we would be there for MNSSHP and F&W. We went the exact same week last year and it was perfect. Well, except for the love bugs and the heat and the humidity ..........

To tell you the truth none of that really matters. I would be happy sleeping in my car as long as we were at Disney World!


but, since I have a room at POP I think we'll sleep there instead of my car!

I've been calling for a couple of days now and nothing was available. I called this morning... nothing. I just hung up w/ CRO and was able to book AKL standard. Dates are 9/2-9/8.

I had called and talked to a CM she told me standard was available and we were in the process of changing over and I was disconnected. I called back and the CM I spoke w/ this time had nothing but deluxe savannah show up. I told her what had happened and she said she could do nothing. I asked to speak to guest services because of what had happened. She put me on hold for SEVERAL minutes came back and said that it was available. She told me that they told her there was alot of standards available but she couldn't see them. So I'm not sure what kind of issues their having but you might try speaking to guest services. Good luck
