Did anyone get a code discount checking in Oct 11th?

All the recent codes, I'm especially interested in the QXZ free dining Visa code, say check in by Oct 11th, thats my check in date but I haven't had much luck with rooms that week (Columbus day) anyone get a disoount checking in that day or should I give up and be happy with my AAA rate?

I don't know if this helps, but I had absolutely no problem using the Visa free dining code with an Oct. 10 check-in and staying thru the 19th.

I had a tough time getting the fall discount rate with a stay including 10/11 (we're going 10/8-10/15), but finally managed to do it. Then, when free dining came out, I was able to apply that code as well for the 1st part of the trip, it appears (10/8-10/11)..we saved over $500. Good luck!

Yes, we were able to get use the free dining Visa code with our package. We check in Oct. 11 and leave Oct. 18 (WL). We previously had the fall discount applied - but the free dining one saved an additional $57! Our TA handled all of that, so I don't know how hard/easy it was.

Thanks! I've called for every discount thats come out that period! We fly in on the 11th and I can't chage the flights, every time I call, theres no availability but I'm going to keep trying. I just needed to hear that the code is valid for that check in date. Thanks so much!

We haven't been able to apply any codes on our Oct 8-Oct 13 visit except the original AAA that we booked with.

Oct 11 to 16 has Gartner, taking over many rooms in the Epcot resorts. Add the food and wine festival and you get those full.

Note that many conventionears were on wait list with rooms confirmed on CBR, but now are starting to move to the Epcot resorts, freeing up rooms in the mods.

I'm trying to stay ANYWHERE!!!! I mean we already have reservtaions so it's not as if I'm going to be out on the street (meaning stay offsite) but when I call there is ZERO availability for the 12th. The reservationists are telling me it's blacked out from the 12th on meaning I would have to complete travel by the 11th. Of course based on the info I've received here I know thats not true. I will continue to try but I'm not very hopeful!
