Just checking to see if it's yet one more thing we missed. We stayed at ASMu (ugh, never again) from 12/17 - 12/25. Very early morning checkout that almost messed up our trip home. Because the "front desk witch" had to manually print my bill for verification, that's all we got. I won't post her name here, but she checked us in and checked us out and neither process went particularly well.
Anyway, should we have gotten a bounceback offer? (Because, if so, I'll be adding this to the long letter I'm about to send.)

When is flyer left in your room, is it there when you arrive or is left at sometime during your stay?
