Did any of you hear about the shooting in Chicago??

Where 3 people died... It was in a Downtown law firm.... Apparently this guy was pissed and shot 5 people killing 3.

Well my husband and I know one of the guys who was killed. He went to school with his wife, who is very pregant with their second child...

My heart was breaking even before we knew this hit close to home and now... oh my I feel so sorry for our freind.

The gunman was mad... mad because he thought they screwed him... he made threats, then shot them.

And now our friend is gone.... and our other freind is a widow... a pregnant widow....

All because someone was mad.

I'm sorry to hear this bears. Sending prayers, wishes and magic your way.

With Chicago being the nearest big city to Indy, I did hear about the shooting.

It's very sad to see that in this day and age, people act out their rage in an act of violence that hurts or kills other people.

And the open violence in society is getting worse.

I just can't image what people are thinking. You get mad and go off and shoot people? So wrong.

Sorry to hear that some people just aren't right in the head . Remember you always have VMKers to comfort you . I remember hearing about a person bringing a hit list on 06-06-06 to a washington school (Washington state not DC) they closed all schools in the area A friend on a different forum went to that school.

There was also shooting in my town a couple days ago also.. Someone was mad and.. two police officers were shot, fortanitlly they are both all right
