Did a rescue helicopter crash?

When I was getting ready for work this a.m. a news channel was showing photos like they always do. Well one of the photos showed what looked like a coast guard helicopter on its side and some blackened ground around it like it had crashed.
I have seen or heard anything about it

I'm not sure if it was Coast Guard, but they had a helicopter crash a day or two ago. At first, of course, the news reports said it had been shot down, but that was not true. They had a mechanical and crashed. The crew was unhurt.

I'm not sure if that is the same one as you are talking about.
