They had some North Face Jackets 40% off. I bought one but now I feel guilty and might bring it back. I paid $70.00 plus tax. I also had a 10 dollar coupon.

Yes I can afford it. But I always get alittle sick spending that kind of money on myself. I hardly ever do that. It feels strange. I would rather spend it on my kids etc. But I do need a jacket and wanted one that would last. But I still might bring it back. Who knows maybe it will go down in price some more.

Ack. Don't feel guilty. You are just as important as the kids. If you like the jacket keep it. It's not going to kill you if you can afford it. Why? "Because you're worth it!"

Since you live in New England, I am sure you already know this, but North Face will really keep you warmer.... So here is my train of thought....
If mom is warm, comfortable and happy, you will be able to spend more time outside with your kids.
Living in Colorado, I have to have great outdoor gear or I am miserable. I will whine to go in before the kids, if I am not properly dressed.
The deal you got is great. Look at it as an investment for your kids, as well.
