We will be heading for our 12 nights in mid-December. Now I keep reading conflicting reports, earsnet has this as a counterservice and posts on here say TS. I'm looking to try something new in Frontierland or Liberty Square CS, cause we've done Columbia House and Pecos to death!

it is both
quick service sandwiches at lunch
all you can eat dining for dinner time

hope that clears up the confusion (actual disney website is helpful for once!)

ok, back again....

on that Disney site it says seasonal....but they would have it open for free food too, right?

I'm an over-the-top planner and this is gumming up the works.

If they anticipate or find the need, yes - but it's just the same food as Liberty Tree Tavern. Diamond Horseshoe is just used as preplanned overflow seating.
