Read about this place in a MVMCP review. I cant find it on MK map or any menus. Does this place exist?

It used to have a funny western show you could watch while having lunch--good place to take a break in the middle of the day. It's used as a character meet and greet now.

Thanks. Heard this is a good place to get cocoa and cookies at MVMCP

WAS a good place. No food is served there now.

IMO, it is a great loss. The show was hokie, but fun. The sandwiches were gigantic and it was rarely crowded when I went. I miss it.

My mother used to run there first thing in the am when entering the park to get a seating time for the show. (that was 30 years ago). we never got to eat, just a drink. We were the family eatin the sandwiches on the benches.

I miss it too. It's one of my favorite childhood memories from WDW.

So that was 30 years ago, when they used to have a show?

Where was that again?

It maybe one of the locations for MVMCP that they give out free cocoa & cookies- they have several of the throughout the park. I can't confirm that this was a location in the past, but if you read it related to MVMCP it sounds like that is what they are talking about.

I remember as a kid my parents would race us over there first thing to get a reservation for later that day...apparently it used to book up fast and was a first come first serve thing. Funny how things have changed...

Yes, I remember doing that too.

Last year the Diamond Horseshoe was used for a holiday handbell choir.

I remember they used to sell cold sandwiches, chips and drinks there around 1999 or 2000. They had a show called the Diamond Horseshoe Revue. I think the UOG had it very highly rated.
