Diamond Horseshoe menu for the 50th?

I have booked Diamond Horseshoe for tomorrow for the 50th. I know they have been doing the same menu as LTT lately. But I also know that sometimes for busy times/holidays they open additional restaurants. So are they going to be doing the traditional Diamond Horseshoe menu (BBQ) since it’s a special day or will they still be doing the LTT menu?
