Diabetes, which glucose meter, cat?

I figure there might be more diabetic people here than anywhere else.

My cat now has diabetes, and wondering what glucose meter people use?
Which is the easiest to use, considering I'm going to be getting the sample from the cats ear or paw pad. So, holding cat, poking cat, getting blood in the correct spot, without cat moving, shaking head or biting at me?
