DHS to Epcot?

Quickest and easiest way to go from Fantasmic at DHS to EMH at Epcot?? Did I read somewhere there is a walking path or boat between the two parks??

Yes, you can walk between DHS and EPCOT (20-25 minutes), or take a boat which can take more or less time than walking depending on the stops it makes, and how long you have to wait for a boat.

where would we find the boat at DHS, near the entrance where the buses park?? I don't remember seeing a boat dock on our last trip, but it's been five years...

As you exit DHS there is a path to your left that will take you to the boat dock

The only way the boat would be any quicker is if it was just docking when you were leaving the park and you could get on it. The boat will stop at the S/D, Y/BC, and then the BW before going to Epcot. We find it much quicker to just walk the path past the BW and around to Epcot. If you want to walk the path entrance would be to the right after exiting the park and you will see a sign to the left.

There is also a bus from DHS to the front entrance of Epcot.

The boat takes approx 25 minutes according to our captain's mate the week before last. The bus should be the fastest of all three options depending on waiting time.

walking might be best, but if the boat and walking are out of the question, this isnt a bad Plan C:

take the bus to pop (closest resort to DHS) and jump on a bus to epcot. the bus at pop run fairly quick as well.

As you exit DHS, the buses will be on your right, the boat dock on your left. You will see it if you are looking for it. If the boat is there, or just arriving, then it should take about 30 mins to get to Epcot. But, if the boat is just leaving as you get there, then you can safely add another 20 mins until the next boat gets there. Once you get on the boat, it will stop at the S/D, then YC/BC, then BW and finally to Epcot...that takes about 25 mins from DHS dock to Epcot dock.
Or you can walk. Head to the left, same as for the boat. But keep the canal on your left, with the parking lot on your right. The path will head down, towards the canal. It goes underneath the road, then you'll come to BW. If you cut through BW, at the clown pool area, you will see an underpass/tunnel type thing. Go through there, go to the left and then when you get on the boardwalk, go right...keeping BW on your right, the lake on your left. Epcot is about 5 mins from BW. The total time to walk it is about 20 mins. I know that I have left Epcot at the same time the boat did..it beat me to BW by about a min but I got to DHS before the boat came into view around the bend. As I headed to bag check, the boat could be seen.
As already noted, there is a bus to the front of Epcot from DHS.
