It might depend a lot on what time you arrive.
If, for example, EE starts at 8:30 and you get to the park at 7:30 to be among the first to get into the park and into the line at your first ride, then both should be similar.
But, if you arrive much closer to 8:30, it will take longer to get through the rides and the time to complete two could be significantly different.
More than any of the other parks, I think it is worth it to try to arrive at DHS an hour before ETPE starts. On our recent trip we were the second group in the line at TOT and were able to do both TOT and RNRC in about 15 minutes, then go to MMRR where we waited about 15 minutes because offsite guests had already been let in. Then we went to TSMM and waited about 20 minutes there. So, we completed all four of those rides by about 9:45.
With TOT only operating on one side, if you don’t get in the line there until close to 8:30, it will take awhile to get on and the wait for each succeeding ride would be longer than we experienced. So, the group going to MMRR first might complete their two somewhat faster.
